To profitably increase the sales of Cone Distributing products by improving the presence and visibility of all Cone brands by executing pre-set point of sale and merchandising standards. To assist in the proper sales and delivery of all products sold by Team Cone and assist in the correct marketing of those products at the retail level: To learn and maintain Cone Distributing Retail Call and Merchandising Standards.
To build a stable driver friendly pallet that’s easy to count, have barcodes facing out and have no items buried within the pallet. Insure a smooth check in process for the driver in the market. Responsible for pulling product to ensure that all the trucks are loaded in a timely manner, so that all the drivers can start their day without any delays.
To deliver and collect funds for product that has been pre-sold. This delivery must occur in a safe and efficient manner. The driver will follow a daily route based on load level and number of stops for that delivery route. This delivery route will be established independently of sales routing. Driver will collect and be responsible for safekeeping of all monies and product according to invoiced amount for that day’s manifest.
The Computer Technician is responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting all hardware, software, and mobility devices. The position requires help desk support skills via phone and email.
